We had a very busy week in the Pre-K class. Our visit to the fruit market and post office
went really well. I was very proud at
how well the students were able to count out their money and then buy some
fruit. It keeps reminding me how far we
have come since August. The visit to the
post office was also a major success. We
learnt about stamps and how to write our address on letters. Hopefully in a few days you all will receive
something special in the mail.
Last Wednesday we also had
the opportunity to make some pottery at school.
The students had a great time playing on the pottery wheel and
decorating their creations. In a few
weeks we will be getting back what we made.
Next week we will be
looking at firefighters, followed by a trip to the fire station. Please keep brining in the permission forms
along with the money for the Baby Boss field trip. For this trip I will need two parents to come
along with us as we need more chaperones for the taxi rides to and from the
train station.
Lastly thank you to all of
the parents that came in this week for parent teacher conferences. It was great to see you all and sit down and
discuss all of the progress your son or daughter had made.

The student of the week is Arnav. He was really well behaved on both field
